Country Choral Weekend – an Elizabethan Songbook

Rory Wainwright Johnston will be leading this weekend workshop in the glorious, peaceful setting of Malham Moor in the Yorkshire Dales.
Covering pieces by Campion, Dowland, Gibbons, Wilbye, Pilkington and Morley, exploring both lute songs and madrigals, honing ensemble singing skills and delving into the techniques that bring this repertoire to life.
Whether you’re passionate about Renaissance music or curious to explore its world, or just love ensemble singing, this course offers a practical and enriching experience.
