3 events,South West Baroque Orchestra is the regional period instrument orchestra in the South West. Applicants are welcome to play for a rehearsal to try out the experience of baroque playing techniques. Table Music – Instrumental ensemble music from 17th Century Saxony and Moravia. Pitch A=440 Hz. With separate groups for singers and instrumentalists led by Michael Cameron-Longden and Lynne Hope, the workshop will look at some French Baroque music. The EMFS AGM will take place over the lunch break. |
